Position: Assistant Project Manager

Location: Noida (WFO)

Experience: 4 to 5 Years in localization

Responsibilities:

- Project allocation.

- Capacity Management.

- Team Management.

- Monitor and execute projects within the given timeline.

- Adhere and achieve KPI's.

- Forecast and flag project related concerns proactively.

- Manage communications with multiple stakeholders.

- Handle escalations.

- Deep dive to understand RCA and AI's.

- Digging out and analyzing numbers.

- Prepare reports.

- Draft and share MoM's after meetings.

- Act as a partner to the client provide solutions.

- Be proactive project management and process evaluation.

Skill Set:

- Proactive, well coordinated & ability to plan tasks efficiently.

- Excellent written and communications skills.

- Confident and Empathic listener.

- Pleasing personality, receptive to feedback and positive attitude towards the profile.
