Magnon Group - Assistant Project Manager - Localisation Industry (3-6 yrs)

- Specializing in Transcreation and Localization of marketing communications across domestic and international geographies, the agency also serves as a language & cultural consultancy for the biggest tech giant in the world, amongst other clients.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome.

- In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities:.

- Project allocation.

- Capacity Management.

- Team Management.

- Monitor and execute projects within the given timeline.

- Adhere and achieve KPI's.

- Forecast and flag project related concerns proactively.

- Manage communications with multiple stakeholders.

- Handle escalations.

- Deep dive to understand RCA and AIs.

- Digging out and analyzing numbers.

- Prepare reports.

- Draft and share MoMs after meetings.

- Act as a partner to the client provide solutions.

- Be proactive project management and process evaluation.

Candidate Profile:.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in project management and Proactive, well coordinated & ability to plan tasks efficiently.

- Strong understanding of operations principles.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
