Project Manager - MEP (6-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Lead, manage, and execute MEP Design and Commissioning Projects in the Data Centre industry, ensuring that all objectives are met within the scope, time, and budget constraints.

- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of MEP systems, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure that issues are proactively addressed.

- Ensure that all project documentation, including design and commissioning reports, are complete and compliant with regulatory standards.

Third-Party MEP Commissioning:

- Manage and coordinate with third-party commissioning agents for MEP commissioning of Data Centre facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

- Facilitate the testing, commissioning, and handover process for MEP systems.

LEED Certification:

- Lead efforts to achieve LEED Certifications for Data Centre projects by ensuring that all MEP systems are designed, installed, and commissioned to meet sustainability and energy efficiency standards.

- Perform audits and assessments to ensure compliance with LEED criteria.

Risk Assessment and Due Diligence:

- Conduct detailed Risk Assessments for MEP systems to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.

- Lead Due Diligence processes to assess the suitability of MEP designs and operational systems before implementation.

- Perform regular Audits and IST Works (Integrated System Testing) to ensure optimal system performance and compliance.

Operational System Reviews:

- Review and assess operational MEP systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.

- Conduct performance evaluations and Operational System Reviews to ensure systems operate at peak efficiency and within design parameters.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Lead and mentor a team of MEP Engineers, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Client Interaction:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring all MEP-related queries are addressed promptly.

- Conduct regular client meetings to assess project progress, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Projects, Operations, Contracts, or Design

- Prior experience in managing and executing MEP commissioning projects and LEED certification projects is highly desirable.
