E-commerce Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Collecting and analyzing the projects business requirements.
  
• Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specification documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.
  
• Creating and maintaining the Product backlog. Sort the Product backlog items according to priority.
  
• Providing suggestions to the development team during the project's development stage to meet the clients business needs. Make sure the development teams meet client expectations with respective deadlines. 
  
• Participates in the daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, and Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
  
• Inspects the product progress at the end of every Sprint and has complete authority to accept or reject work done.
  
• Help the Business development team with required documentation to convert leads & prospects to clients. 
  
• Evaluating the data collected through task analysis & business process
  
• Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate client.
  
• Managing any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines.
  
• Communication between the Client and the Technical teams.
  
• Assists in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have 5+ years in Business Analysis with IT services. 
  
• Must have experience in Pre-Sales Activities.
  
• Must have experience with the E-Commerce domain.
  
• Able to create required diagrams using Creatly software.
  
• Able to create rough wireframes by understanding requirements.
  
• Get the SOW from the client clarified.
  
• Excellent documentation skills.
  
• Should have some technical knowledge and be able to explain the scenario to the tech team.
  
• Knowledge about the E-Commerce industry and Ecommerce projects is required.
  
• Candidate must have handled Shopify, Magento, or other Ecommerce framework projects.
