Role Overview: As a Business Manager - Strategic Accounts (large real estate developers) at MagicBricks, you will be responsible to onboard & service the large Real estate accounts and also drive revenue by managing relationships with high-net-worth real estate developers. Youll leverage MagicBricks' diverse product suite to grow net sales, capture new revenue opportunities, and exceed business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Retention: Focus on acquiring new corporate clients and retaining existing ones within the specified region or market. Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Tailor product pitches to meet client specifications and needs.
Promote Company Values: Actively promote Magicbricks, its mission, and core values to clients and the broader market. Ensure that the company's reputation and brand are positively represented.
Revenue Collection: Oversee the timely collection of all revenue from clients, ensuring that financial targets are met and maintained.
Market Intelligence: Provide regular feedback on market conditions, competition, and other factors influencing sales. Use this information to adapt strategies and improve performance.
