Key Responsibilities :
Support onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation sessions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Support in updating and communicating HR policies to staff.
Handle routine HR administrative tasks such as preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
Support payroll and benefits processing as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor\s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience : years of experience in an HR-related role (internship experience is acceptable).
Skills :
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with HR software and basic MS Office tools.
A keen eye for detail and ability to multitask effectively.
