Job Description
We are looking for an
enthusiastic go-getter Sales Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate
for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By
using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to
identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and
existing customers.
What Youll
Do
Meet and exceed sales targets
Visit customer location, explain about the services and
convert the leads provided by the company
Possess in-depth product knowledge and explain the different
products to customers and relay objection handling
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and
new clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Convince prospective clients through reassurance - Highly
persuasive
Requirements
What Youll
Need
Proven track record of 2-3 years in sales, preferably in B2C
industries.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
effectively engage with clients
Ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced
environment.
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on achieving
results.
