Position: 1. Manager - Contracts, Claims & Arbitration – Exp. 12 to 16 Yrs.

Qualification: B.E /B.Tech – Civil.

Location: Corporate Office, Hyderabad.

Job Description:

1. Study of Examine the Contract Agreement, all relevant documents etc., and check for the possible Claims, Variations etc.(Time and Cost).
2. Prepare the basis for the Claim entitlement duly discussing with the concerned, collecting relevant documents, prepare detailed narration for the Claim.
3. Prepare the Claim (Cost/Time), collect relevant documents, evidences etc., and compile it.
4. Submit the claim to the Line Manager for his review/comments (if any).
5. Attending review meetings and prepare Monthly Reports related to claim etc.
6. Read all the Contractual letters (in/out), and prepare the DRAFT reply to them (for both client & sub-contractors).

Requirement/Skills:

1. Experienced in Highways, Irrigation and Industrial Projects etc.
2. Well versed with MS-Office (MS-Excel, Word & Power Point).
