Job Purpose:
The Business Development Manager will support the Director and drive the Marketing team of Surelock Plastics with full responsibility. Manager BDM will be visiting new potential customers as well as existing key accounts and also support field team in acquiring new business.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
Business Development
sales strategies by analyzing past sales data.
Management & Development
• Lead & monitor the performance of a team to achieve their individual BD targets.
• Support field team by visiting regularly their territory & meet potential customers in Pan India.
• Ensure filed team gets timely back office support & convert maximum no of inquiries to orders.
• Monitoring entire team activities through periodical review meeting & ensure business development based on
sales target.
• Conduct regular internal meeting, training and development sessions to boost the technical and commercial knowledge of
Products to be marketed
Marketing
• Participation in exhibition & handling pre-post activities and promote Surelock brand pan India level.
Additional Skills
• Excellent written, verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, Go getter, positive
• Eye for detail
• Well-versed with MS Office
• Good in social media networking
