Assistant Manager- Production For Coimbatore Location

Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning: Develop and maintain schedules to ensure production targets are met while optimizing resources and minimizing downtime.
2. Team Supervision and Training: Oversee production staff, assign tasks, and provide ongoing training to improve skills and ensure adherence to processes.
3. Efficiency Monitoring and Improvement: Analyze production metrics, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
4. Quality and Safety Compliance: Ensure all production activities align with established quality control protocols and food safety standards to maintain product integrity and regulatory compliance.

Technical Skills:

1. Knowledge of tea processing and packaging.

2. Familiarity with tea bag manufacturing machines (e.g., tea baggers, envelope machines).

3. Understanding of quality control measures (e.g., weight control, moisture content).
