Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate with sales and marketing to take down customer orders

- Verify Stock and plan production accordingly

- Share production plan with respective department superintendent and monitor that production is as per plan

- Monitor and ensure production plan adherence

- Create Monthly MIS for production planning, changes, average size, FG Inventory, etc

Training of all production team

Ensuring conformity to product requirement

To ensure the capacity analysis
