-Routine work such as confirmation letter, leave token, Experience certificate, Show Cause Notice, Promotional letter etc.
-Recruitment of Temp. / Badali workmen/ Casual
-To maintain the records of contractor.
-To deal disciplinary matters of workmen /Staff.
-To keep good industrial relation ,Handling Grievances
-To deal with PF, ESIC, Labor, Factories Act, LIC (Gratuity) Dept. And their statuary returns as per master chart.
-Record of salary /Wages/Advance / EL / CL
-To maintain statistics as per ministry of Industries
-Checking & Forwarding Bills of the security/AMC's
Full & Final Payments
HRD
-To monitor Training & Training Calendar
-To receive feed back forms trainee and implements the same for the benefit of the company & other staff members.
-To monitor welfare scheme & its formulation
-To suggest modification in Cos Standing order
-To suggest festival holidays in consultation with workmen.
-To monitor working of administration officer
Govt. Dept. Related
-To deal with Govt. dept. like Weight & Measurement, Explosive & Pollution Factories act, Directorate of electrical safety & Labour inspectors etc.
PRO Functions
-Association correspondence (AGNI, IEEMA, WWMA etc)
-Study of Bonus Act, Gratuity, Magazine (Labour Judgment etc.)
OTHER FUNCTIONS
-Drafting forms, letters & documents related MD/HOD-F/HOD-COM
-Visit for offices like Insurance, factories, Pollution, Labour, etc.
-Accounts Related jobs as suggested by HOD - F
