Jr. Executive - HR

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Handle statutory compliances, including PF, ESIC, P. Tax, and LWF.
• Oversee contract labor compliance and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records related to payroll and compliance.
• Conduct client visits and ensure smooth coordination.
• Address employee queries related to payroll and statutory benefits.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain payroll reports and compliance documents.

Skill Set Required:

• Strong knowledge of Payroll & Compliance (PF, ESIC, P.Tax, LWF).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle contract labor management.

Should be comfortable in travelling to Salap, Howrah also
