Data Entry Operator- Salap Location

Role Objective:

The Data Entry Operator in a tea FMCG company is responsible for accurately entering and managing data related to products, customers, and sales to ensure efficient operations.

Job Description:

• Data Entry: Accurately input customer orders, product details, and inventory information into the computer system.
• Check Data: Review and verify data to ensure it matches source documents and is correct.
• Organize Files: Keep both physical and digital files organized for easy access.
• Maintain Confidentiality: Ensure that sensitive information remains private and secure.
• Backup Data: Regularly save copies of data to prevent loss.
• Fix Errors: Identify and correct any mistakes in the data entries.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information and respond to requests.
• General Office Tasks: Assist with printing, scanning, and filing documents as needed.

Required Skillset

• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and basic database systems.
• Careful with details to ensure data is entered correctly.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Minimum qualification Graduation.
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative work is helpful.
