Role & responsibilities

Statutory part - PF,ESI,PT,LWF & S&E Certificate, Labour laws,Inspection notice Handling(Labour Notice) Knowledge on Trade License,Handling statutory audit Internal & External.Insurances(10 States)

1)PF - UAN CREATION Manual & Bulk creation 150 employees, monthly challans 2000 plus employees ,shoud have percentage of contribution & Accounts,EPF Act, Approvals of Transfer, JD , Bank ,PAN ,Exit dates,should have knowledge on forms like 19,31,10,10c,10d,should have PF death claim cases experience,should have PF portal options Employee & Employer.EPS applicability,Preparation of forms and letters, PF benefits.

2)ESIC - IP creation,ESIC Challans 1700 employees in 10  states ,exits 100- 150 exit employees monthly, Esic Act, Accidental report submission, Updation of family members,ESIC Employer portal options,able to suggest to employee in esic hospitals,ESIC Benefits & Leaves .

3)PT- should have knowledge on slabs rates , PT portal awarness,due dates in 6 states

4) LWF - should have employee and employer contribution dedutions & due dates LWF Portal knowledge states on Karnataka,Telangana,Tamil nadu, Chhatisgarh

5)S&E - Applying S&E License New & renewal,Amendment S&E Portals nearly 300 branches

6)Labour Laws - PF Act, ESIC Act,PT rules,LWF Act & rules,Minimum wages,Gratuity Act S&E Act & Rules, Bonus Act ,Payment of wages act,Awarness of Display notices on notice board,Labour compliance registers according to states

7)Labour notices - Preparing reply letter according to notice,Submitting all required documents to BM or AM ,RHR, coording with them to close the notice.

8)Trade License -TL  Renewal, Awareness of GHMC website.

9)Statutory audit Internal & External. - Giving clarification on differences as per report and paysheets delayed payments

10)other system works -MS Office Ms excel (Vlookup,Pivot tables,other basic formulas,MS word ,MS Power Point ),Outloook ,Teams , different browser.

11)fied activities - Visiting PF office in Barkatpura , Labour office RTC Cross Road ,Medicalim documents submission Begumpet

12) Insurance Part - GMC ,GPA ,GTLI Addition & deletion Monthly basis,different kind of Insurance Policy,Money,fidelity,fire & Burglary timely renewal of policies.
