Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align human resources practices with business objectives and support our regional and corporate teams.
- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring the implementation of best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Support: Coordinate, consult, and support functional and business heads for various corporate HR interventions.
- Talent Acquisition: Drive regional HR teams to meet hiring targets at existing branches and support them in achieving their goals.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all positions, ensuring clarity and accountability.
- Productivity Tracking: Monitor and drive monthly/periodic productivity tracking and implement necessary interventions to enhance performance.
- Employee Engagement: Lead and execute employee engagement programs that reinforce organizational values, culture, and workplace connection.
- Employee Retention: Track employee satisfaction levels with a special focus on high performers, prepare an Early Warning System, and take proactive retention measures.
- HR Best Practices: Research, track, and implement industry-best HR practices, ensuring the organization achieves and sustains a Great Place to Work certification.
- Rewards & Recognition: Design and implement rewards and recognition programs to promote a culture of performance and excellence.
- Reputation Management: Monitor and manage employee feedback on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Glassdoor, and MouthShut to enhance the company's employer branding.
- Policy Implementation: Align with regional business teams to communicate and implement HR policies effectively across branches.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in similar roles.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred.
