Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Territory Sales Incharge (TSI) to manage the Sales & Distribution (S&D) for our products in the Kota territory. The TSI will be responsible for achieving primary and secondary sales targets, ensuring high market coverage, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Achievement: Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Market Expansion: Drive market penetration through retailer engagement, distributor partnerships, and by onboarding new channels within GT.
  • Distribution Management: Ensure product availability across all outlets within the territory by effective route planning, order management, and distribution tracking.
  • Promotions & Visibility: Implement trade promotions, merchandising, and visibility initiatives to maximize product placement and brand visibility.
  • Data & Reporting: Monitor sales trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners to drive long-term business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with expertise in General Trade and regional markets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of managing territory sales and achieving distribution targets.
