Area Sales Manager - Chennai

We are hiring an Area Sales Manager for the HORECA segment in Chennai. The role requires a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead and manage sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Distributor Management: Develop and manage distributors to maximize reach and ensure product availability across the HORECA channel.
• Client Servicing: Build and maintain relationships with key HORECA accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Sales Target Achievement: Drive primary and secondary sales to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Reports Submission: Prepare and submit timely and accurate sales and performance reports to management.
• Asset Management: Oversee the allocation, maintenance, and effective utilization of company assets in the assigned territory.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HORECA sales, preferably in the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor networks.
• Proficient in reporting and data analysis.
