Huge pay cuts due to lack of leadership, all part time leaders without any support of sales promotion, not a trust worthy company better before joining visit the distributors and present employees look and ask about their pathetic condition.

Dislikes

Terrible experience before joining meet the distributor and present employees, No incentives credited and ask HR & employees about their expense policy and see how they disappear.

The support which i get from my team is the only plus for me to act on.

Dislikes

Career Growth is slow. HR is not employee centric and policies are made namesake and not for actual benefit of employee. Decent paymaster but no perks for additional motivation of employee.
