Main Purpose of Job:

This position will be a part of dedicated Sale & Marketing team of professionals at Maahi Milk Producer Company Limited engaged selling & marketing of Milk & Milk Products. This position will provide the operational support to the team related to Sales Administration & MIS.

Career Plan for Software Support Engineer

Sales Admin & MIS Executive carries very stable but crucial responsibilities in terms of supporting MIS requirements of various types and coordination with different stakeholders, this position will work closely with the core sales and marketing team and based on inherent capabilities, skills, knowledge and attitude will have career progression to other operational functions as an specialist in the long term companys growth.


Job Responsibilities:

A. Sales Administration & Operations

1. To share product wise packing plan to manufacturing department Daily / Monthly basis

2. To coordinate with logistics department for storage location wise, product wise, SKU wise quantity to be transfer at various plants.

3. Collect storage location wise stock from system and inform sales team accordingly.

4. Inform product wise SKU wise sales every day to Sales Head, ZI and respective TIs.

5. To draft proposal of price revision, trade scheme, distributor support, free sampling claim, SS transport claim as per guidelines given by Head Sales.

6. To maintain all records of competitors brand regarding, MRP, Trade margin, schemes, new skus launch, promotional activities, details of new brand entered etc.

7. To keep track of distributors who has zero order sale in entire month and update it regularly to head sales and zonal Incharge.


B. Order Compilation & Reconciliation

1. Collect Distributor wise order from sales team, check payment accordingly & compile it products and SKU wise order and inform logistics for dispatch.

2. To maintain & Monitor day wise Products order list(Distributor wise, Product wise, SKU wise).

3. To collect distributors account statement from accounts department share it to respective distributors

4. To keep record of all approvals of related to product sales.


C. MIS & Reporting

1. Update MIS Report (Product wise, SKU wise, Month wise) and share it with Head Sales and Zonal Incharge Other Sales Team

2. To formulate and circulate Daily Sales Report (DSR) format to concern staff as per guidance of Head Sales.

3. Responsible for timely submission of distributors and staff claims for further processing.

4. Customer Relationship Management - Keep record of any inquiry / complaint from customer / retailer / distributor.

5. To provide analytical sale data as in when required by Sales Head and Zonal Incharge.

6. To maintain minutes of all sales review meeting and circulate it timely to all concerned staff members.

7. To Collect advance tour plan from all staff and share it head sales

8. Responsible to give Timely Reports to the Management

Technology Skills Required: Google Drive, LinkedIn, Skype, Google Meet, Zoom, Google Docs, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Windows

Tools Knowledge Required: Central processing unit CPU processors, Computer servers, Desktop computers, Digital cameras, Flash memory storage card, Notebook computers, Printers.
