Job Description
- Salesforce Administration:
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, security settings, and data integrity.
- Configure and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and automation.
- Driving Adoption:
- Conduct user training and create adoption strategies to ensure maximum utilization of Salesforce tools.
- Gather feedback from users and work on improving the platforms usability and impact.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and other teams to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, helping streamline processes and optimize business workflows.
- System Optimization:
- Monitor system performance and ensure Salesforce aligns with business goals.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Third-Party Integration:
- Manage integrations with third-party tools and applications to extend Salesforce capabilities.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a B2B environment, preferably in fintech.
- Proven experience in driving user adoption and streamlining processes with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or advanced certifications like Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Process Builder, and automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with reporting, dashboards, and data management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of integrations with tools like HubSpot, Pardot, or other B2B platforms is a bonus.
