Account Executive

Primary Responsibilities:

• Receive, review and process of invoices accurately and efficiently. Match invoices with the purchase order and receipts, ensuring all documentations and approvals are accurate in line with companys policies.
• Generate payment to vendors as per payment terms.
• Prepare monthly Accounts Payable Reports and metrics.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Prepares monthly P&L schedules and balance sheet schedules.
• Involve in cash application and reconciliation of bank and debtors.
• Assist in periodic audits.

Required Qualifications:

• 3- 6 years of experience in General ledger, Accounts payable & Accounts receivable role
• Hands on experience of working in ERP like Tally 4.0, Oracle etc.
• Advance level of Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Proven excellent Written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player who is eager to learn and be a part of an evolving team.
• Ability to work independently in self-directed manner and able to handle multiple tasks.
