Role & responsibilities

Job Profile-

1 ) Responsible for AP, AR and bank reconciliation .

2) Looking after cash handling on regular basis.

3) Foreign Remittance, Bank Guarantee (BG) preparation.

4) Bill clearance .

5) Prepare TDS data on Monthly basis . and share it with Management.

6) Data preparation of GST R1 and 3B .

7) Responsible for timely payment to suppliers in order to keep supplies smooth .

8) Foreign payment document preparation.

9) MIS Reporting weekly/monthly/annually as per SOP.

10) Payroll compliance (PF, ESIC and all Statutory challans).\

11) Internal audits experience will be preferred.
