Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive at URBANEST located in Bengaluru. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for:

• Day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and monitoring expenses.
• He will also handle payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Performing accounting duties throughout the project, such as preparing invoices, estimating cash flow, and signing off on purchase orders.
• Keeping a record of all project finances for internal/external auditing and tax purposes.
• Preparing cost analyses by interpreting projects' financial data and information.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in accountancy or related field.
  
• MBA/PGDM (Finance) degree from a recognized institution.
  
• Proficiency in Tally ERP software with knowledge of other accounting tools like Excel.
