Project Manager - Civil

This is a full time, on-site role for Project Manager - Civil.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and identify potential issues to mitigate risks.
  
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and collaboration.
  
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.
  
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or related field from a recognized university.
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
  
• Strong understanding of project life cycle stages (planning, execution, monitoring & controlling).
  
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate team members towards achieving common goals.
  
• Prior PMC (Project Management Consultants) experience is preferred.

• Should have a two-wheeler/own vehicle.
