Senior Executive- Talent Acquisition

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Source and screen potential candidates through job postings, networking, referrals, and other methods
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications.
• Negotiate job offers and coordinate onboarding processes.
• Having good communication skills on salary discussion and offer released.
• Conducting the induction and training and development for the new joiners.
• Having good experience of handling Non IT recruitment.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events.
• Create and manage job postings on various job boards.
• Develop and implement diversity recruitment initiatives.
