Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's interior products and services. This role requires an individual with strong sales skills, a good understanding of interior design, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development: Identify and target new clients within the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. Engage in lead generation, cold calling, and networking to build a robust client base.
• Product Promotion: Present and demonstrate a wide range of interior products (e.g., furniture, fixtures, fabrics, flooring, lighting) and design services to potential clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide tailored solutions based on the clients needs and preferences.
• Consultative Selling: Understand clients requirements and propose appropriate interior design solutions that align with their vision, budget, and style preferences.
• Sales Negotiation & Closing: Prepare and present quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions. Provide feedback to management for product and pricing strategies.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with the design and project management teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and targets. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
