Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in architectural design, site experience, and project management. As an Architect, you will be responsible for the planning, design, and execution of a variety of building projects, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable building codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Structure Knowledge & Drawings:
   Prepare and present detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, demonstrating a strong understanding of structural systems and building materials.
2. COA Registration :
   Ensure the acquisition and proper documentation of the Certificate of Approval (COA) for various projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
3. Vastu Friendly Design:
   Ensure designs are Vastu compliant, considering the principles of balance and harmony to create aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces.
4. Site Experience:
   Provide on-site oversight to ensure design specifications are followed. Conduct site visits and collaborate with construction teams to resolve design-related issues.
5. Team Coordination:
   Coordinate and collaborate effectively with other team members, including engineers, contractors, and designers, to achieve seamless project execution.
6. On-Time Response & Planning:
   Maintain proactive communication and respond to client needs promptly. Plan projects efficiently to ensure timely delivery and adhere to deadlines.
7. Responsibilities on Sites:
   Oversee and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring quality control and adherence to the projects design and schedule.

9. Multiple Project Handling:
   Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring each one is on schedule and within budget. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.

    Utilize in-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and systems to make informed decisions on project execution.
11. Additional Responsibilities:
    As part of your role, you will be expected to take on additional responsibilities as needed, such as mentoring junior staff, client communication, and any other task that contributes to the success of the project.
