Role & responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget.
• Optimize the use of available space for functionality and flow.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings and floor plans.
• Ensure drawings adhere to building codes and regulations.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept and client preferences.
• Incorporate eco-friendly and energy-efficient design solutions.
• Stay updated with design trends and new materials.
• Present design proposals and revisions to clients.
• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Experienced in architectural design with a focus on interiors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and teams.
• Creative thinker with a passion for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
• Candidates who are interested in working with interior projects are highly preferable
