Urban Planner/Architect

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs for architectural projects, including master planning and working drawings.
  
• Prepare presentation drawings to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide solutions.
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in urban planning or architecture (B.Arch + M.Arch preferred).
  
• Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
  
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
