Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive willing to provide A-class service to our Tenants who live in our properties in London. Suitable Candidate will be eager to perform with dedication and accuracy. This role requires a lot of focus and multitasking in recording data. Good communication is a must to perform.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Contribute to day-to-day operations of the Asset Management Team.
• Dealing and communicating with tenants.
• Arranging property maintenance and repairs.
• Be responsible for maintaining Records
• Coordinating all deliveries
• Support Renting proceedings
