We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in the Advertising/Signage Industry. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities by identifying prospective clients in the assigned territory.
• Meet with potential and existing clients to present and promote our advertising/signage products and services.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business associations.
• Understand client needs and tailor proposals to suit their requirements.
• Achieve sales targets set by the management.
• Regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and competition.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Assist in market research and gather competitive intelligence.
• Manage daily field sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduate (Preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales (freshers are welcome to apply).
• Language: Proficiency in Hindi is a must (ability to speak and understand).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and proactive.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly salary of INR 25,000 – 35,000 (depending on experience and skills).
