Job Description
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Create and design high-quality PowerPoint presentations for project updates, strategy discussions, and stakeholder meetings, delivering clear and visually impactful content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, drive project milestones, and address operational challenges effectively.
Track and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, presenting actionable insights and recommendations through clear and concise slides.
Conduct operational analyses to streamline processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement best practices across projects.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed, and project objectives are clearly communicated.
Support leadership in strategic initiatives by preparing data-driven presentations and operational reports.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and operational efficiencies.
Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior team members as required.
Must have
4+ years of experience in similar role
Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Exceptional skills in creating visually appealing, professional, and data-driven PowerPoint presentations to communicate complex information effectively.
Strong understanding of operational processes, including resource planning, reporting, and process optimization.
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences, including executives and stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage and engage with stakeholders at all levels to align project objectives and drive outcomes.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
Nice to have
Experience in industries like financial services, IT, or consulting is a plus.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with other presentation or visualization tools like Canva or Prezi is an advantage.
PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certifications.
Exposure to change management practices to support organizational transitions.
