Job Title: Commercial Leasing and Presentation Specialist - Food Court Property

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Leasing and Presentation Specialist to help lease our commercial property space for food court. The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation and negotiation skills and will be responsible for engaging with potential food court tenants, delivering convincing presentations, and facilitating leasing agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach & Relationship Building:
• Identify and approach potential food court tenants (restaurants, cafes, food vendors, and other food-related businesses).
• Build and nurture relationships with business owners, developers, and food industry professionals.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and keep them engaged throughout the leasing process.
• Presenting Commercial Spaces:
• Conduct on-site tours and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits, amenities, and unique features of the commercial property.
• Clearly explain the leasing terms, available spaces, and how the food court environment supports business growth.
• Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and goals of each prospective tenant, ensuring they understand how the location is ideal for their business.
• Negotiation and Leasing Agreements:
• Negotiate leasing terms, including rental rates, contract duration, and any additional conditions or incentives, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
• Work closely with the legal and property management teams to prepare and finalize leasing contracts.
• Ensure that all leasing documentation and agreements are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Market Research & Client Needs Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends and preferences in the food service industry to better tailor leasing strategies.
• Understand the unique needs of food court businesses and match them to the appropriate spaces within the property.
• Regularly analyze competitors' offerings to ensure our leasing terms remain competitive.
• Brand Representation:
• Represent the commercial property in a professional manner, acting as an ambassador for our brand and fostering a positive image.
• Promote the long-term benefits of leasing space in our food court, including high foot traffic, modern amenities, and a community-oriented atmosphere.
• Client Follow-up & Closing Deals:
• Follow up with clients after presentations to answer questions, address concerns, and guide them through the decision-making process.
• Secure commitments and close leasing deals with new tenants, ensuring all aspects of the lease agreement are met.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking:
• Track and report on leasing activity, including meetings, presentations, and client feedback.
• Provide regular updates on leasing progress to the property management team and senior leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent Presentation Skills: Strong ability to deliver engaging and convincing presentations to potential clients in a clear, professional, and compelling manner.
• Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven experience in commercial leasing or sales, particularly within the retail or food service industries, with a strong ability to negotiate terms and close deals.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
• Market Knowledge: Understanding of the commercial real estate market, especially in the food and hospitality sectors.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple clients, schedules, and projects simultaneously.
• Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented: Driven to meet and exceed leasing goals and targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in leasing commercial properties, retail spaces, or food-related businesses.
• Must own a 2- or 4-wheeler.

Employment Type: Full Time (In Office/field)

Timing: 8.00 am to 8.00 pm, 9-hour shift, flexible timing. No Sunday off (One weekly off)
