Sr Manager - Lifesciences (Alternate Channel)

Role & responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Formulate and implement strategies to expand Lupin Life Sciences reach through alternate sales channels such as retail pharmacies, aggregators, Hospitals
• Channel Management: Identify and engage with potential alternate channel partners. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure that channel partners are aligned with company objectives.
• Sales & Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance across alternate channels. Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to drive channel growth.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends and opportunities in alternate channels. Adjust strategies based on market conditions and competitor activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns tailored for alternate channels. Collaborate with product development and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and alignment with channel needs.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to alternate channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to represent Lupin Life Sciences products effectively.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure that all activities within alternate channels comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on channel performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
