Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop a comprehensive recruiting strategy

- Utilize various recruiting methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to attract top talent

- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization

- Manage the entire recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and implement new strategies to improve the recruiting process

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR

- Proven track record of successfully filling various roles within an organization

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Knowledge of HR and employment laws and regulations

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
