Purchase Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Executive with 3-4 years of experience in procurement and vendor management. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SAP, strong communication skills, and the ability to ensure timely supplies, vendor coordination, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management: Handle vendor visits, conduct vendor audits, and maintain vendor documentation.
• Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure timely procurement and supply of materials in alignment with the schedule.
• SAP Operations: Manage purchase orders, invoices, and procurement records in SAP.
• Cost Optimization: Perform price comparisons, negotiate price reductions, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure vendor compliance with company policies and maintain updated records.
• Inventory & Supply Monitoring: Track schedule vs. supply to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in SAP for procurement and inventory management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Analytical skills to monitor supply schedules and pricing trends.
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
