Job Description

  • Sales Strategy Development : Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Solar Inverter market, targeting both new and existing customers.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape within the solar energy industry.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Utility-scale solar installations.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the technical and product teams to provide clients with customized solar inverter solutions, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and product offerings.
  • Sales Forecasting : Prepare sales forecasts and reports, analyze performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in sales processes and outcomes.
  • Networking : Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and expand professional networks within the solar energy sector.
  • Training and Support : Provide training and technical support to clients and internal teams on solar inverter features, benefits, applications, and installation best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Education : Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing within the solar energy sector, preferably with knowledge of solar inverters and related technologies.
  • Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the solar energy market, including residential, commercial, industrial, and utility-scale systems, and their specific inverter needs.
  • Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Motivation : Self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
