Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the solar energy B2B market
🔹 Build & maintain strong relationships with EPC companies, solar developers, industrial clients, and government agencies
🔹 Generate leads, conduct market research, and analyze industry trends
🔹 Develop & execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
🔹 Prepare & present technical & commercial proposals
🔹 Collaborate with engineering & product teams to deliver customized solutions
🔹 Participate in industry events, exhibitions & networking opportunities
🔹 Stay updated on government policies, incentives & regulations
Key Skills & Requirements:
🔹 1-3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in the solar energy (B2B) sector
🔹 Strong understanding of solar PV solutions, power management systems & energy analytics
🔹 Proven track record of achieving sales targets
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
🔹 Ability to handle complex sales cycles & build long-term business relationships
🔹 Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office & data-driven decision-making
🔹 Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits & industry events
