Key Responsibilities include leading the team to accomplish the following tasks.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and procurement processes to position our solutions effectively.
Building strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers by staying in constant communication and efficiently resolving issues tailored to individual needs.
Ensure an overall great customer experience and onboarding to Renevik Solar through communication and customer education.
Driving retention and expansion through upselling and cross-selling.
Be the voice of the customer internally with deep customer understanding and communicate customer feedback and experiences to the rest of the team.
Job Specifications:
Technical Skills: Zoho Suite is mandatory, Calendar Management, MS Office/Google Suite.
In-depth knowledge of various solar mounting systems (rooftop, ground-mount) is required.
Soft Skills : Conversational Skills (English, Hindi and Gujarati) , Documentation & Presentation, Teamwork, Organization & Analysis, Time Management & Multitasking, Learning & Articulation, Attention to Detail.
Qualifications: Bachelors/Master\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy is preferred
