Job Description
- A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in customer-facing roles preferably within the solar energy sector.
- in a customer-facing role or within the renewable energy industry.
- Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts
- Collaborative spirit both within the commercial team and with the product team
Key Responsibilities include leading the team to accomplish the following tasks.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and procurement processes to position our solutions effectively.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers by staying in constant communication and efficiently resolving issues tailored to individual needs.
- Ensure an overall great customer experience and onboarding to Renevik Solar through communication and customer education.
- Driving retention and expansion through upselling and cross-selling.
- Be the voice of the customer internally with deep customer understanding and communicate customer feedback and experiences to the rest of the team.
Job Specifications:
- Technical Skills: Zoho Suite is mandatory, Calendar Management, MS Office/Google Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of various solar mounting systems (rooftop, ground-mount) is required.
- Soft Skills : Conversational Skills (English, Hindi and Gujarati) , Documentation & Presentation, Teamwork, Organization & Analysis, Time Management & Multitasking, Learning & Articulation, Attention to Detail.
- Qualifications: Bachelors/Master\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy is preferred
