Job Description

Department: Human Resources

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the solar energy industry and a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment across various roles, including technical, sales, and operational positions in solar or energy industry.

Who should apply

We would like our teammate to be:
  • Proven experience in sourcing, talent mapping and recruiting talent within the solar industry.
  • Strong sourcing skills across various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking within the solar industry).
  • Solar industry experience is mandatory. Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
    Key Responsibilities:

    More than just sourcing, youll own the following:

    • Full-cycle recruitment across all departments (engineering, sales, operations, etc.).
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking)
    • Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews.
    • Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate).
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles within the organization.
    • Proactively identify and source potential candidates for future hiring needs.
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers.
    • Enhance the companys employer brand through online and offline channels.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with industry associations, universities, and relevant networking groups within the solar sector.

      Job Specifications:

      • Technical Skills: Knowledge of industry-specific tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, naukri resdex and specialized solar industry job boards). CRM/ERP, ATS, HRMS, Calendar Management, MS Office/Google Suite
      • Soft Skills: Communication, Negotiation, Documentation Presentation, Strategy Building, Teamwork, Organization Analysis, Time Management Multitasking, Learning Articulation, Attention to Detail.
      • Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, recruitment experience in the solar field is mandatory.
