The ideal candidate will have a passion for the solar energy industry and a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment across various roles, including technical, sales, and operational positions in solar or energy industry.

Proven experience in sourcing, talent mapping and recruiting talent within the solar industry.
Strong sourcing skills across various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking within the solar industry).
Solar industry experience is mandatory. Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
More than just sourcing, youll own the following:
Full-cycle recruitment across all departments (engineering, sales, operations, etc.).
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking)
Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles within the organization.
Proactively identify and source potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers.
Enhance the companys employer brand through online and offline channels.
Develop and maintain relationships with industry associations, universities, and relevant networking groups within the solar sector.
