Should have proven QE skillsets with hands on experience

Experience in developing automation framework from scratch and writing Automation Test Strategy

Strong experience in test automation using tools like WDIO Appium Chai

Should have good handson experience in Javascript Java NodejS

Should have hands on experince in BDD CucumberMobile and API Test automation

Should have strong Agile Working Experience including estimation technique

Should have knowledge of CI CD Jenkins GitLab Maven

Should be team driven and able to collaborate between offshore teams and onshore client

Should be able to learn and independently work on existing automation framework maintenance

Should have exposure to development activities like code review unit testing defect fixing etc

Should be proficient with Test estimation techniques

There is nothing to like working at LTIMINDTREE. I never suggest anyone to join at LTIMINDTREE. No work life balance and there is no chance to developing our skills . the job security was also not good and main there is no any salary benifits and worst appraisal and promotion system at LTIMINDTREE.
