IND_Lead Analyst_BA

The Lead Analyst is a key member of LMN Reporting and Insights team who owns responsibility for delivering end-of-campaign recaps, leveraging deep category knowledge and digital media expertise to enhance the insights in our reporting deliverables. Accountable for translating data into compelling media and consumer stories that highlight successes and key learnings from media campaigns of each brand. Proficiency in presenting and speaking to these insights in a client-facing setting. Need to collaborate with various stakeholders across Business (Media Planning, Ad Ops, Creative) and Tech teams to execute new ideas/initiatives to improve insight generation and process optimization. Also need to have aptitude towards helping and mentoring analysts and senior analysts within the team.
