Job Description
- The Analyst owns end to end PLR processes within Collateral function of simple to mid complex projects
- They are responsible to deliver the business outcomes of the assigned projects and all KPIs
- They provide support and process training and guidance the Associate Analysts to help them meet their goals
- They are required to maintain SOPs for all processes
- They support in the execution of Strategic Initiatives at the stores, they own the drafting and circulation of pre-execution communication, monitor the execution through store cameras and provide guidance and near real time support with queries that arise from the field
- They would also own Steel tasks in help setting up New Stores, decisions on estimation of steel, quantities to be purchased, on time delivery lies with this role, to ensure everything is available on time in the right quantities for the execution
- They would address queries from the field and adhere to SOPs and best practices and encourage the associate analysts to do the same
- They would record and maintain individual data through updating all trackers in a timely manner
- Partner with reporting team as needed to help them understand the process for effective insight generation
Roles & Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
- Build expertise and understanding on E2E Collateral PLR and New Store processes.
- Own E2E processes of the assigned tasks and deliver the business outcomes and agreed KPIs.
- Review and update SOPs.
- Handel queries from the field and promptly respond with solutions.
- Build partnership with SSCM counterparts and actively contribute to process improvement discussions.
- Enable effective decision making by partnering with the reporting team to help uncover actionable insights.
- Ensure all the related data and metrics are accurately updated in a timely manner.
- Training new joiners on tools and processes.
- Buddy program to help new joiners with their OJT and set them up for success.
- Enhance business context through trainings, global meetings and category insights.
Years of Experience:
2 to 4 years of Experience
2 + years of Experience in Merchandising Operations or Equivalent in retail.
Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
Required Minimum Qualifications :
B.TECH/ B.E/B.com / BBM / Retail Operations Management
Skill Set Required
Primary Skills (must have)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience working across cross functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
- Project management concepts savvy.
- Deep understanding of non-retail items and its lifecycle.
- Experience with project management tools such as Workfront.
- Intermediate excel.
- Omini Channel retail experience.
Secondary Skills (desired)
- Intermediate Excel, SQL knowledge is preferred.
