Job Description
- Analyze existing HR processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to collect feedback, understand needs, and propose tailored process improvements to HRIT team
- Partner with HR system developers to align HR technology and system functionalities with process improvements, ensuring smooth integration of changes into existing platforms.
- Collaborate with project managers to implement process changes and improvements, ensuring timely delivery of projects. Provide support during the planning, execution, and monitoring phases of HR projects.
- Communicate optimally with all levels of the organization to drive engagement and understanding of process improvement.
- Establish ongoing monitoring and reporting mechanisms to measure the efficiency of HR process improvement efforts. Continuously assess and refine processes to adapt to evolving business needs and technology changes.
- Build and maintain detailed documentation of HR processes and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years in HR with experience in process improvement and project management preferred.
- Process improvement certifications (Six Sigma, Lean), are a plus.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors) and related technologies.
- Experience in change management practices and methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
