Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AdOps QA Professional for a Publisher role. The ideal candidate must have expertise in DCM (DoubleClick Campaign Manager), Google Campaign Manager 360 (GCM 360), and DCP (DoubleClick for Publishers). This role requires a strong background in QA methodologies applied to AdOps processes and experience engaging with U.S. clients to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute QA methodologies tailored for AdOps processes to ensure the highest accuracy and compliance.
• Manage and optimize Google Campaign Manager 360 (GCM 360), DCM, and DCP for campaign execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign setup, trafficking, and reporting.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ad delivery, discrepancies, and performance issues to ensure optimal ad serving.
• Work closely with U.S. clients, understanding their expectations and ensuring top-tier service delivery.
• Leverage QA tools for publishing to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends, ad technologies, and best practices in digital advertising and programmatic campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with ad policies, tagging, and tracking implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Ad Operations (AdOps) and Quality Assurance (QA) in the digital advertising space.
• Strong hands-on experience with DCM, Google Campaign Manager 360, and DoubleClick for Publishers (DCP).
• In-depth understanding of QA methodologies and their application in AdOps.
• Proven ability to work with U.S. clients, ensuring high service standards and seamless communication.
• Familiarity with common AdOps tools and QA tools for publishing.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve campaign-related discrepancies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in programmatic advertising and ad trafficking.
• Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and ad tracking implementation.
• Exposure to analytics platforms and reporting tools.
• Experience with third-party ad servers and verification tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in digital advertising and campaign management are a plus.
