You will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain operations and providing strategic insights to drive business growth. This role will involve managing finished goods procurement, supply planning, logistics, and customer delivery while also utilizing data analytics to optimize processes and make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
A) Supply Chain Management :
1.Ensure timely procurement and delivery of finished goods as per the requirement of clients.
2.Optimize supply planning and scheduling to meet demand.
3.Manage logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.
4. Monitor and improve supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
5. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, transporters, and customers.
6.Trading of briquettes produced from own plants to third party.
B) Business Intelligence:
1.Create a vendor database pan India for procurement and sale of briquettes.
2.Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities.
3.Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance.
4.Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
5.Use BI tools to create reports for stakeholders.
6.Be part of Climate Consulting team for on ground surveys as and when required.
7.Be responsible for provision of best quality of finished goods at optimum rates to our own
plants.
C)Team Leadership:
1.Manage and develop a team of supply chain professionals.
2.Provide guidance and support to team members.
3.Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
