Senior Executive - Inbound, Outbound & Inventory

Roles and Responsibilities-

• Manage outbound logistics, including picking, packing, dispatch, and optimize vehicle capacities. Oversee inventory placement, quality control, and accurate documentation.
• Implement location mapping, strategic planning, and enhance warehouse organization. Supervise the put-away process to maximize space utilization.
• Lead and manage teams for smooth warehouse operations. Handle manpower planning, roster scheduling,and foster a positive work environment.
• Monitor inventory capacity, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate documentation for inventory and shipments.

Requirements-

• Graduation required.
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Leadership and team management experience.
