Job Summary:

- We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence.

- This role involves lead generation, sales, client relationship management, and strategic business development to position Logicon as a leading facility management service provider.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the facility management sector.

- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and increase market share.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners.

- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and client needs.

Sales & Marketing:

- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and bids to potential clients.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and business growth targets.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, advertisements, and campaigns.

Contract Negotiation:

- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

- Work with legal and operations teams to finalize and execute contracts.

Client Relationship Management:

- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and inquiries.

- Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.

Industry Networking & Market Awareness:

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote services.

- Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and emerging trends in facility management.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the operations and service delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

- Collaborate with internal departments to develop customized solutions for clients.

Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.

- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and client feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Knowledge of facility management industry trends and services is a plus.

- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

- Prior experience in facility management or related industries is advantageous.
