About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with expertise in S/4 HANA Finance to join our functional team. This role requires an SME-level professional to collaborate with business and technical teams, evaluate solution options, design solutions for S/4 HANA, and deliver end-to-end project implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business and technical teams to evaluate S/4 HANA solution options and design detailed solutions.
• Drive discussions during Fit-Gap analysis and prepare functional design documents for S/4 HANA solutions.
• Map business processes to SAP functionalities and ensure timely solution delivery.
• Define migration strategies for transitioning from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA.
• Implement and support SD-FI and MM-FI integrations.
• Configure and optimize Taxation setups within SAP.
• Ensure adherence to SAP implementation methodologies and oversee custom solution design and development.
• Support and enhance Rebate solutions and SD-FI processes within the S/4 HANA environment.

Required Expertise:

• Strong domain knowledge in Finance and Controlling, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Proven experience in multiple Bluefield & Brownfield conversions for S/4 HANA.
• Expertise in activating New GL functionalities, including parallel ledger and document splitting.
• Experience in developing and managing migration strategies for FI data objects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD-FI and MM-FI integration processes.
• Understanding of VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) functionality is a plus.
• Exposure to SAP custom solution design and development.
• Thorough understanding of SAP taxation configurations and methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in testing scope definition and strategy for SAP projects.
• Ability to support finance innovations and collaborate on S/4 HANA enhancements.
• Knowledge of Rebate solutions and supporting Sales & Distribution from a financial perspective.
